The Founders of GeoFocus Mould Solutions has been involved in the management, supervision and administration of construction projects for over 50 combined years. Over the years GeoFocus has established a reputation for completing projects on time and on budget and most importantly, in compliance with all applicable legislation.

Through their sister company GeoFocus 2000 Construction Services, GeoFocus is well known  a construction consulting firm that works directly for building owners and developers. Our staff is highly experienced in the GTA construction market. Combined, we have managed the placement of over two hundred and fifty million dollars worth of construction work during the course of our careers.

The Founder of GeoFocus have also participated in numerous condominium construction deficiency investigations, commonly referred in the condominium industry as Technical Audits. Furthermore, we have also participated and/or conducted land acquisitions analysis, financing arrangements, and the development and construction of many commercial, industrial, medical, residential condominium and private development projects in Canada, the United States and Italy.

The founders of GeoFocus also have extensive experience in (i) compiling and reviewing condominium records (including a review of existing technical audits and reserve fund studies) and assisting the condominium board of directors in searching for any essential or required but missing records, (ii) investigating and analyzing the as-built construction of a condominium project keeping in mind the knowledge accumulated during the course of the review of the condominium's records, (iii) providing litigation support and preparing claims to the Tarion Warranty Corporation, and (iv) providing general advice and assistance in construction related matters.

Roger Altobelli, founder of GeoFocus 2000 Construction Services (GeoFocus2000.com) and co-founder of  GeoFocus Mould Solutions has managed the placement of over two hundred and fifty million dollars worth of construction over his forty plus year career.  Roger’s experience in assisting with technically audits, coordination, management and development of multi million dollar projects provides our clients with insight into the identification and rectification of deficiency issues which result in mould growth and/or moisture damage.  This insight is key to ensuring that clients are informed of all costs associated with a remediation project.  This includes the costs of remediation as well as the costs associated with the identification and rectification of moisture causing deficiencies. and  Roger’s experience with construction litigation support is also an asset for our clients and their respective lawyers.   

Adam Altobelli, B.A. (law), co-founder of GeoFocus Mould Solutions has been involved in the identification and rectification of construction related deficiencies for the past ten years.  Adam graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts (Law) in 2005 and his vision was to create a mould remediation firm dedicated to client satisfaction, transparency and professionalism.  As a result the mandate of every GeoFocus employee is to ensure that clients are made aware of all potential and/or anticipated costs prior to the commencement of any project.  He has also managed and/or assisted in the management of over 50 million dollars worth of construction placement.
