Our employees are career minded professionals with extensive backgrounds in the Construction, Inspection and Building trades.  Our field experience is second to none.  In the industries of Mould Inspection (Assessment), Mould Remediation (Removal) and Building/Home Inspection, not all companies are created equal. If the company you retain does not protect you with insurance, certifications, continuing education and/or utilizes employees with both technical and practical experience you may not be getting what you bargained for.

Thermal imaging can direct experienced technicians to investigate areas which exhibit no visible signs of interior damage.  This minimizes the requirement for extensive intrusive invetigation in unwarranted areas.

Prior to retaining a Consultant and/or Contractor you must decide what is most important: due diligence now or possible thousands in the future.   If an unskilled, inexperienced, uninsured or underinsured firm provides services to you that they are not experienced and/or qualified to provide, you may be exposing you, your residence and/or your place of business to additional liabilities.
